    To take advantage of all Club Publix member perks, you must sign up or log in to your account and update your communication preferences and/or access your dashboard. To use the pay feature, you must download the Publix app to your phone, load your debit or credit card, and scan the QR code with your phone at the register.

  • caretHow much does it cost to become a Club Publix member?

    It’s free. There’s no cost to join.

    Simply enter your phone number at the PIN pad at the register before completing your transaction, or pay with the Publix app.

  • caretMy (friend/neighbor/etc.) received an email/online offer of $XX off $XX. How do I get on the distribution list?

    There is not a distribution list. In order to be eligible to receive perks, you'll need to follow these steps:

    • Become a Club Publix member.
    • Opt in to receive personalized communications (former Publix.com account members only).
    • Enter your phone number on the PIN pad at the register before completing your transaction (or pay with the Publix app) every time you check out.
  • caretI received an offer, but the expiration time frame is too short. Why?

    Offers are based on weekly deals and other location-based efforts. We assure you we aim to provide valuable offers that will help you save every week.

    We are sorry your offer already expired. However, we’re always looking for ways to provide you valuable offers that help you save.

  • caretMy friend received a Publix email with a coupon. How do I sign up to receive future offers?

    Simple! Go to www.publix.com/club and complete the online registration. Enter your phone number at the register, or pay with the Publix app every time you check out, to receive future offers. We encourage you to check your weekly emails for potential offers.

  • caretWhen I receive a digital coupon in my email, do I need to print it?

    No. Simply enter your phone number at the PIN pad at the register before completing your transaction, or pay with the Publix app.

  • caretHow do I redeem digital coupons?

    Simply enter your phone number at the PIN pad at the register before completing your transaction or pay with the Publix app.

  • caretI forgot to enter my phone number (or pay with the Publix app) at the register. How can I redeem my offer?

    Unfortunately, the only way to redeem your offer is to enter your phone number at the register (or pay with the app) every time you check out. We are sorry you were unable to redeem your offer; however, we’re always looking for ways to provide you with valuable offers to help you save.

  • caretI received an offer through email, but it did not come off my transaction.

    Digital offers follow the same guidelines as a paper coupon. You may find the offer’s disclaimer by visiting digital coupons or your Wallet and clicking Details. The disclaimer may vary by offer, region, etc.; however, most offers will follow its own disclaimer.

Publix App

  • caretWhere can I download the Publix app?

    Visit www.publix.com/mobile from your iPhone or Android device.

  • caretDo I need to download an app to become a Club Publix member?

    No. However, the Publix app may help you to manage your account conveniently. If you’d like to use your phone to pay, you must download the app and add your debit or credit card. Otherwise, you may always access your account online.

  • caretHow do I pay with the Publix app?

    When completing your transaction at the register, the screen displaying your purchases will have a QR code at the bottom right corner.

    • Open the Publix app.
    • Click the Pay icon.
    • Scan the QR code displayed on the point of sale screen.
  • caretHow do I redeem offers when paying with the Publix app?

    By paying with the app, all clipped coupons in your digital wallet will be automatically applied to your purchases. You don’t need to enter your phone number before completing your transaction.
